I appreciate all he has done for my health situations. Once, I had flu till I lost my voice, got bad sorethroat and started to have high fever at work. I drove to ER at Hoag hospital but the doctor didn't give me any medication. He told me that the over the counter MUCINEX which I took for a WHOLE MONTH should work. It didn't matter how much I begged him to give me something else so I could be healthy again to work and take care of my 9 year old child who I solely have custody and 100% financial responsibility. Doctor was familiar with my needs and problems. Very much aware of who I am as a person and as a patient. Offers a personal rather than a cold, analytical approach to my problems. AND keeps to his schedule. Virtually never a wait for the doctor to see me at my appointed time.
Concerned and engaging. Great general knowledge as a family practitioner.
On time, pleasant demeanor, took good care of me.
Dr. Liao always makes the extra effort to connect on a personal level and goes above and beyond to inform and promote one's wellbeing. I am always impressed by his professionalism. Highly recommended!
Dr. Liao is in a league of his own! I have a medical mystery going on which has been causing me pain that nobody can find for decades. My case is extremely complex. He always makes me feel like he cares more about my health than any other doctor I've ever seen. He listens, he thinks things through, and he is willing to think outside the box. He is the best doctor I've ever had!
Dr. Liao listened very carefully to what I had to say. He tool his time, was very thorough, explained solutions very well, was very knowledgeable and comfortable to be with. I liked him very much.
