I was having severe shoulder pain and went to see Dr Kennon at TOA and he said I had severe arthritis and bone spurs and basically I had a wore out shoulder. So Dr Kennon and his staff did a full shoulder replacement and sent me to therapy and now im doing great with very little pain. I really appreciate Dr Kennon and his staff.
Dr. Kennon was very informative and thorough. He explained all the risks, what to expect, and the pros and cons of surgery. I cannot recommend him enough.
Dr. Kennon is outstanding. He listens, is thorough in examinations, very knowledgeable, and very personable. I highly recommend him for care. His staff are awesome too.
I was seeking a second opinion, but the MD was irate that I wanted to proceed with my first exam without first agreeing to an x-ray, which I did not want because I'd already had one a mere month or so ago and I was concerned about paying for another, especially if it was redundant. That said, rather than simply requesting my x-ray from my existing care giver, the MD shouted, "I can't do anything without an x-ray - I WON'T!" Again, as if my x-ray MUST come from his office.
