I recently sold a property and the seller chose this law firm. I have bought and sold many, many properties over the past 15 years but have never dealt with a law firm like this. The only level of communication was via email. If I was lucky to speak with someone on the phone, they were very rude. I was told that the closing date was just a good estimate. What? Terrible experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is extremely unprofessional when it comes to fixing mistakes their office made. They will gaslight you into believe you are the problem when it is clear they made a mistake. Mistakes happen, yes, but it’s how a business handles those mistakes that show their true characters. With such an important purchase such as buying and selling real estate you need THE BEST team around you. This firm is far from that. Do not recommend. The positive reviews are primary from realtors. Our closing documents were wrong and lead to a monetary discrepancy in our favor. Took a while to rectify and were not professional about the discrepancy. Would recommend buyer or seller selecting a different closing attorney. You don't have to use the one recommended by the realtor.
