Worst company around, be VERY careful when their sales people come to the door. They LIED about their contract cancellation policy and were extremely pushy and confusing, we felt bullied into signing and since this was the first time every signing up our own utilities we were poorly informed.
I wouldn't rate them at all. Liars and scammers. Just did the 1 star so I could comment.
This stupid, low-life company lied to me and DOUBLED my gas price!!! I hope you bastards eventually get caught for bilking people out of their hard-earned money and your executives do serious time in federal prison!!!! SCREW YOU AND YOUR SCAM, BITCHES!!!!!!!
I'm only giving one star to be able to rate this company. I was told multiple times by the sales guy that this would lower my Bill and their prices remain as low if not lower than standard consumers. Consumers just made me aware that I've been paying double what I could have been if I didn't sign up with just energy. I am trying to get reimbursed for the scam, but I'm sure these crooks have a loop hole. News has been made aware and legal actions are trying to be pursued.
This is horrible and a rip off!! It double my bill not reduced it !!
