Worst company I have ever dealt with! First of all cutting off a couple years ago after a payment arrangement was made and now after I realize I was dealing with them again to sign up utilities in our new home in Sept I HUNG UP THE PHONE and yet I still get a fucking bill from them after NO confirmation from myself that I wanted them to bill. I have since signed and paid bills for other company we are with yet with their sneaky idiotic ways still find time to send bills that make no sense what so ever and expect them paid. Y... read more
I just received a call from the "Just Energy" call center way past 9 pm! I have an infant son that is now wide awake! When I went to answer the call the line disconnected! I am not your customer and haven't been for over a year! You doubled my energy bill and are obnoxious to deal with!
Just got off the phone. Just Energy cost me over $100 more than Consumers would have. I was on a variable rate plan, which I was lead to believe would be comparable to my current company. Found out that Consumers was charging 3.23 for gas all winter. I just paid 5.65!!! Listen carefully and record all conversations with them.
I don't need to pay this company a penny to tell you this is a scam. The monthly rate is about four times as much I pay through Duke.
Ive been paying 62$ to $90 with this company. So its good to me. I have a 2 bedroom apartment 1 bath and im always here. I dnt see how its a scam.
I have been getting scammed by this company for 6 months! They showed up on our Bill and said I signed a contract, which never happened. and when I asked them to send me a copy they switched their story saying it was a verbal contract. I have been trying sense May to get them off my bill. I talked to a girl named Stephanie and I gave her my account number and she said it didn't exists so I asked to speak to her manager. I'm not sure if there is a different page for just energy Canada but I've been on hold for 40 mins because you guys are still charging me on a house I moved out of a month ago! Not impressed.
