They go door to door scamming people into signing up for their “money saving” services. Tricked us into a contract and then all of a sudden ridiculous charges from Just Energy showed up on our DTE bill. I never provided authorization for changes to be made to my DTE bill even though I’m the primary account holder and should have been notified. This company is a joke, and looking at all of the other reviews indicating that I’m not the only one who thinks it’s a scam, it should be shut down.
Inthe last few month we have paid 700.00 dollars over our normal bill ... and other things are in play he had to call utility comm..senior cit swooping no no

Scam artists, lie and cheat!
They are ridiculous n there prices..My bill has gotten so high when I switch to them..My bill was $133 a month n Just Energy was charging me $97 for the supply charge.Just as much as my monthly bill so I'm paying double..I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to ANYONE
Check this out. My previous months bill jumped from 1 $114 to $179 and this month $379. Now mind you, there was a hurricane and a freeze where I live. Utility companies are known to gouge customers when natural disasters occur. But I'm calling BS on Just Energy with this last months bill. I wasn't doing anything different energy wise in my home. My power was out for almost 2 weeks due to the freeze and I had to relocate. They can't explain to me how my previous month's bill was $179 but my current bill where I had no power f... read more
TERRIBLE customer service ��� been with them 8 Damm years and about to switch they leave you on hold over 30 damm minutes even after you requested call back!!! Wish I could put a 000!!!
I have never had a higher bill... This is ridiculous.
