Just Cycle has changed the way I think about exercise, my body and my mindset. Before coming to the studio working out was a chore that I felt like I had to do to stay “in shape”- now I can’t wait to go get my workout in and rest days are my least favourite. I work out to feel strong, rather than to look fit. Such a welcoming space that is safe for all ages, body types and identities.
JUST has been my third space for almost 3 years now, and I can’t say enough good things about this studio. In the last 3 years I have seen an incredible improvement in my confidence, athleticism, and mental health. On the hardest days away from my family JUST has felt like home. I’m so grateful for Brittany and the entire team at JUST - so much so that I joined the team!!! 10/10 would recommend - the community, the energy, the support, and the people 🫶
I’m giving this cycle team a 3 star because I’ll be honest, they are a motivating team but other than that, that’s about it. Just cycle promotes this image of being so inviting but they are not really geared towards POC. I truly feel that this is something they need to work on. It’s a very cliquey group and if you’re not in the clique, you feel like an outsider. Most of the customers are either friends and family of the owner. I joined my first-ever spin class at JUST Cycle and was so nervous — but the team made me feel completely welcome! They helped me clip in and out, explained everything, and made the whole experience fun. The energy is amazing, the playlists are always on point, and the bathrooms are super clean. Every class goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying it!
