Beware! If you join you'll have a very hard time getting out of your contract. Be sure to read the contract I was told one thing and another was written on the contract. The equipment was often broken and you don't get everything you sign up for! An example would be nutrition planning no staff knowledge.

I have been working out at JAM for over a year now and can see how my mind and body has transformed. Mike is an awesome motivator and I look forward to sweating and burning calories at least 3x week with him cheering me on. I highly recommend JAM and expect greater results NOW and in the near future.

Been going to JAM for two months now and I love it! I love that you can go whenever you want and don't have to wait for a class, and the workout is planned out for you but you can also change it up if you want. The best part is I burn a lot more calories in less time than I used to going to another gym where I just did whatever I wanted. The staff is also great and very friendly and helpful.
