This is a cutting edge gym! What I love about this gym is the workouts work for you and for your schedule! The trainers will help you personalize your program and then you can workout whenever it fits into your schedule.
The more I've come to JAM, the more I've come to appreciate the different method of working out. It's faster paced and gets my heart rate jumping! It took some getting used to... but the technology used at the gym really gives you so much feedback about your workout. I'll be back again!
