I love this place!!!!! Before I would go to other people's gyms and it was way too difficult to keep up but not here! Mike and Susan are AWESOME!!! They inspire you and push you to your full potential! They have beginner levels as well as advance so you can start where you feel comfortable which works for me! Gym is open all day and you can come when it suits your schedule! No excuses! 5 stars all the way!!!! :)
I joined a new gym in February called JAM Fitness in Alpharetta. Mike Jam Prosnick has a passion for meeting people right where they are as it relates to fitness and nutrition. I actually joined the gym a month before it opened when, my good friend, Lisa Tortorici Sullivan called to tell me I had to check it out.
