I was extremely pleased with the quality of care I received from Dr. Shibayama. And the fact that he prays for his patients, put him head and shoulders above the rest for me.
Dr. Shibayama is always on top of your health and concerns. Dr. Shibayama performed my Neck fusion back 2012, and he did a fantastic job and he also performed surgery on lower back. Excellent doctor and he believes in prayer!
Friendly office staff and technician support- everyone!!. Dr Shibayama is excellent- he not only is there for initial issue or surgery, he is always available for follow up - or responds to call questions or concerns via Jessica his nurse. He is a very gifted surgeon- when I first was diagnosed with degenerated discs- he let me know that although he loved surgery and being a surgeon, he would always look to provide the least extreme solutions to patient issues. Dr. Shibayama performed my back surgery and provided me excellent care during the entire process. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Shibayama is the best. He sits down and explains what the problem is. He is not one to push for surgery. He tells you what he needs to do to fix your problem. He has done a few surgeries on me. What puts me at ease more than anything else is he prays with you before surgery. When I went to Dr. Shibayama‘s office the gave me pers to fill out. Talked with my husband and myself with clear language and model. Gave us realistic expectations without promising of "cure". Answered all questions clearly. Staff gave us everything we will need to know what to expect, all limitations etc. He asked if he could pray with us at end of appointment.
Dr. Shibayama is a caring compassionate doctor who really takes time to talk with you about your issues. A plus in my book is that he prayers with for me!
Got me in pretty quick. Had an ex-ray completed. Doctor came in and reviewed ex-ray and then we reviewed the next steps. I will visit again in 30 days.
