I had them do some engraving on a memorial medallion , in honor of my recently deceased dog , Hana. They did a great job . I had given them the wrong year , that was engraved. I returned thinking they had made a mistake , but they showed me the original work order and it was my mistake in giving them the wrong year. THEY FIXED MY MISTAKE without an additional charge. They do not stand behind their work and also the worst customer service. l've received in a very long time. I have asked for a callback from the owners, however, generally, the attitude of the staff is a reflection of ownership and if that's the case, I'm not expecting much
Took my watch in for a battery replacement. They were fast efficient and most of all friendly.
Outstanding service and professionalism! After having a terrible experience with another jeweler in town, I called Jurgens while overseas and sent my fiancée in to have her ring sized. Carl promptly got it done in less than an hour, made sure the fit was perfect and that my fiancée was happy with it. We took care of it over the phone and my fiancée never even heard a price. That's how you run a business!
