From the expert pairings and suggestions of my waitress to the stunning presentations to Chef Bower sending over a celebratory dessert, I felt inspired and special. Being able to watch the delicate dance of kitchen choreography up close at the chef’s counter was an extra treat. I plan to return as often as possible. Bravo!
