Staff very friendly - food was unique and well presented. Our waiter did not take the time to describe what we were eating. My previous wait staff experiences had been better. My sapphire & tonic very disappointing. Fun atmosphere.
Forth time at the restaurant, every time have been incredible. The food is the most thoughtful and interesting at any place I have been. Each ingredient has a purpose and the service is first class!
I had the BEST time. Make sure to ask to sit along the open kitchen. Make sure to order the 'Carrots' and the 'Almond Joy.' Everyone should experience Juniper & Ivy in San Diego! Looking forward to taking the trip back!
If you've been thinking about reserving a seat for one of the monthly farm dinners, stop hesitating, make that reservation, and come to the table. I've been to two farm dinners (August-lamb/November-beef) and the food and wine pairings have been impeccable. It's an opportunity to try something familiar prepared a different way. Managed to score a spot at their monthly farm dinner. Well worth the cost, and a great way to celebrate my anniversary with my wife. Can't recommend this place enough.
Fantastic evening ordering a bunch of appetizers to share along with 3 scrumptious deserts. Great ambiance, tons of fun. Yellowtail tortillas and toasted crudo not to be ignored. Service was excellent. This is a fun restaurant for fine dining without the white table cloths.
