I saw Dr Coates. He is amazing. I have been his patient for some time now. Whenever my friends are ill, and talk about their doctors, , is when I realize how truly fortunate I am to have Dr. Coates for my physician.
Dr W As I call her because I mispronounce her last name all the time! She is proactive and asks the right questions and informed you of your options. That is what I love about her. She is a get it done person. That's what I need.
Dr. Mark Goelzer is hands down, one of the best physicians we've had. So privileged to have him as our children's care provider.
Dr. Coates is very kind, proactive and involves the patient in any decisions.

It takes months to get an appointment. Medicine refill requests are typically ignored. By the 4th call you’ll get in touch with someone who’s baffled by your frustration and it will still take a week or more to get your refill if you’re lucky. My meds were finally called in at one point and I went to pick them up after office hours only to be told she cancelled the meds AFTER they were ready for pick up with no reason why.
