Dr. Rhee is very good at setting patients at ease. I have a "thing" about my eyes, almost a phobia. I can't even wear contacts because the thought of touching my eye or putting anything in it, literally, almost makes me sick. Dr. Rhee's approach and professional demeanor sets me at ease despite the fact I know she's going to be examining and touching my eye, even though it is numb. When the time comes when I need cataract surgery, I want HER, and her alone, to perform the dreaded task.
The care provider explained the nature of my symptoms as well as the treatment options in a compassionate manner. She also made every effort to ensure that I received the needed treatment as quickly as possible.
