I arrived at my appointment early but there was no parking available by the building, and after circling a few times I was forced to park about half a block away, making me several minutes late to get inside. The patient pre-check kiosk was quick and easy but there was still a significant wait time. The nurse was courteous and my actual appointment with my podiatrist was swift. I would not mind keeping my appointments at that particular campus if the parking situation can be mitigated.
I have always received excellent care and compassion at Dr Lees!
I will probably seek to get my elective surgery elsewhere, not at St. Luke's. Ineffective initial communication with St. Luke's doctor left me still with questions and me not feeling Comfortable
To be able to go back Jung H Lee and the same we had talked about doing for my foot surgery after 2 years not sure if he would remember me and he gave me the same advice where left off that is to get that from him
