It is cheaper than other places but it's also dirty and mouse infested. We started seeing mouse droppings all over our boxes and in our stuff. The place hasn't been maintained in what looks like years. Part of the property looks like it's a junk yard with a sad, pitiful looking dog that is housed outdoors amoung all the junk laying around. The insulation in our unit was hanging down from the ceiling and it looked damp and dirty. Cheap. Needs better cleaning that's for sure. And really outdated.
