When agreeing on aug 11th to have my granddaughters party here on aug 12th. My daughter, son in law and employees agreed on pizza and drinks to be included in the agreement. On the day of the party the employees working that day informed them that the pizza and drinks were not included. Also they were not allowed to decorate the party room but the party in the other room were able to decorate theirs

Took my son here and he had fun. Wish there were a little more to do lile rock climbing. But it was cool
Went for my cousin bday party on Memorial Day .. Could have been better if they had music playing ... So much better than chuck e cheese, but they do need more staff there were only two people working there and it was too much going on!
I went here on 5/15/16 for my nephew B-Day very fun,but a little unorganized because I don't think they thought they were going to have a lot of business like they do. I would also suggest that they get music and it will be perfect.
The staff was very nice... It was very clean and most important the kids were safe and had fun!!!!!
Food was OK, but took a long time to receive (40 minutes.) The pizza was terrible. I told the ower about my long wait, and still no attempts to save me as a customer were made. The ceiling is kind of exposed, and I wonder if one of the basketballs will hit the exposed ceiling and light fixtures. Chuck E. Cheese seems much better to me. My kids enjoyed themselves though.

I set up a play date here after seeing this spot on here. The kids ages 3,4,8 had a blasttttt! Jump to it, was very clean and the owner was very nice and interacted with the little ones. ☝
