They are so unorganized. How do you sales 7 family meal with only 4 drinks!? We never got our French fries and the pizza looked like it was made on flat bread. The music was definitely not kid friendly. One of the cashier's was very ignorant. Also, the games were half working.
excellent location! friendly staff! lacks organization and healthy menu options (at minimum a salad bar and bottled water would be ideal!) far too many carbonated, high in sugar and/or fried content foods/beverages. when people aren't given an option to LIVE better, they'll only choose to exist!
It's unorganized I was told to wait 20 minutes to order food then when I came back to order she had an attitude and told me not to order chicken. Overall my children had fun besides the fact they were told they couldn't play on certain things by the employees.
Had my sons 6th birthday there and it was absolutely amazing!!! The kids had a blast and the service was great! The owner and the staff were great!
Not worth the money my husband spent on it. About 25% of the games were out of order. The service was bad. There is only 4 inflatables that my son could use and he is 3. The other two were for older children (bull riding and a moving pole).
JUST LEFT THERE! AMAZING! MY kids loved it! The staff was emaculent! Not to crowded. You can sit in one spot and watch your children. I will be back!
I went on August 3rd to celebrate my son Isaiah 2nd birthday it's a fun place to go with your family we all had fun I love there wings they need to work on making there pizza better it was nasty I had one problem my children had to wait 3 hours for game tokens the prices there are great I will go back again
It was very unorganized, I tryed to order food but I was told to wait 15min because they were cleaning. There was no one there to operate the inflatable bull or rotating machine. So when I went to ask for some one to turn the machine on I was told to give them 15 min because they were cleaning. The manager was nice but the rest of the staff was non social .I felt like this place was a waste of money and time.
More than half the games didn't work and when you ask/tell them they don't have no more tokens, like wth but yall took my money. I would not recommend this place to any one.
