Julius Scissor The owner is a great personality, and can do good work, but the main downfall is the lack of consistency. You can get brilliant, or crazy. Makes for a stressful haircut.

the best and well dressed – I trust julius so much so with my hair, that on my first visit I was completely comfortable with having him do whatever he felt was best and I absolutely LOVE the results. Best haircut of my life ... and the worst! – Julius Scissor cut my hair twice. He gave me the best haircut of my life - and the worst. The first cut was 360 degrees of beautifully shaped hair, with all of my natural curls and waves falling beautifully into place without any help or effort ... beautiful even when I rolled out of bed with no styling products.
