I’ve waited almost 2 years to write this review.. Dr. Petilon preformed a procedure on my L5, S1 section on my spine. He has a ton of experience. I was in a serious car accident and surgery was my last option. He honestly cares about the well being of people. He shoots straight. He’s a Veteran and I’m proud to have had him perform the procedure. Because the surgery was so successful, I was able to change to a very physical demanding career without any pain or issues. Thank you isn’t enough sir!

Very attentive and professional with a warm friendly personality!he is a real straight shooter about what he will do for you always in a professional manor but yet treats you like a best friend or family, something very rare in the medical field nowadays! Dr. Petilon is top notch, After my procedure he was right there until I came to, smiling and joking with me which I thought was awesome all these people here are the best ! Dr. Petilon is truly a rarity, there should be more doctors like him
So far, So good. The pain in my arm, hand, and neck was debilitating. After ordering and reviewing X-Rays and an MRI the staff of Spine center of Atlanta determined that problem was generated from pinched nerves at c-5 and c-6. On that same visit, I was able to meet with Dr. Petilon and discuss my options for treatment. He explained in detail what needed to be done and we scheduled the surgery. I slept thru the surgery and woke up groggy but pain-free. The Dr. called me the following day to chec
The scheduling staff was very friendly and had much patience. They worked with me to ensure all my needs were met. Dr. Petilon also was very friendly and answered all of my questions
I want him to see my wife she has MS and Dr. Verson say she has a lesion in her neck and has to have surgery because of the way she stumbles and even though I haven't had surgery yet I feel very confident with him
Yes, my husband will be seeing him very soon also after meeting him and seeing how great and confident that Dr. Petilon was with me and addressing my back issues.
All was exceptional. My only complaint is that we heard conflicting details especially about recovery from different personnel. E.g one said to definitely take Perceset for 2 weeks no matter what, and another said for 4-5 days and they judge by comfort. Same with activity level, driving (one week vs 2 weeks), etc.
Confident and assuring - “we’ll get this knee taken care of for you” And he did
