He kept us at ease, was very pleasant to work with, and very shrewd on the business side when it came to getting us the highest price for our house we were selling. Julio treated us like family and took care of our desires and was honest when challenges came up. Very attentive to what we wanted and was very patient with us. Worked with what we could afford not for what he could get out the deal. Service after the sale was top notch as well. Checks in with us long after we were settled in our home. Professional and on time for every home visit. I definitely would recommend him to anyone moving to the DMV area.

We’re 1/2 way through the buying process with Julio, currently waiting on a new build and/or finding that forever house. Julio has been friendly and nice through this process.
