Poor patient care. Unfortunately, unable to leave a minus rating. Had biopsy. Waited two weeks for results when I received an email to log on to portal but was never given instructions on how to enter portal. Unable to reach office over four day weekend. Still waiting for results.
Exam was superficial and rushed. Didn't explain instructions. Would not recommend
Very good visit, once again, with Dr. Julie. She was prompt, friendly and expeditious. I have complete confidence in her care and enjoy her personable nature,
First visit spotted a suspicious mole next to a previous melanoma. She is a dr who “ makes a difference every day. I think she’s wonderful.
I went to this doctor on my 3rd visit for Acne treatment. Wait at least 40m in the waiting room, followed by waiting in the patient room for another 30 min. 2 out of 3 visits, it has happened to me. They don't respect patient's time, if I were to be late for the appointment for more than 15 min, I'm sure they will reschedule my appointment followed by a charge.
Great office. Clean, friendly staff, etc but what good is this when everytime I wait atleast 45 minutes past my apt time to be called by the nurse to go and wait for Ye Doctor! This is unacceptable. Hate to switch Drs but my time is more precious.
