Buyer beware! Julian's auto show case sold me a truck that was not safe to even drive.They put my 17 yr old daughters life in danger . They assured me that all of their cars are inspected by a certified mechanic Seven out of the eight tie rod end bushings were completely gone. The carrier bearing on the drive shaft .was completely wasted. . Troy the owner would not even return my calls. Stay far far away or make sure it is inspected by your own mechanic. Very dissatisfied.

We had offered you to bring it to our mechanic and receive our pricing for the repairs to save you as much money as possible. well now I have a hole in my muffler that just started today and I've had the car for about a month now and the guy who answered the phone when I called there was very rude to me and said that I need to shush and slow down because I was going too fast and then I didn't even get to say thank you to him because he hung up on me so quickly he was rude and unprofessional

Sold me a vehicle with both front brake pads literally down to the metal, lied and said the sound was from the vehicle sitting.

they delete the check engine light off of vehicles until you drive away and get it home and it comes back on. then they lie about it after I take it to a ford dealership and they read the computer and it keeps the history of the codes and how many times and when it was reset. they wanted me to take it to their mechanic that didn't know or couldn't fix it, but when I take to a real place they don't respond nor reimburse me for my troubles that they hid.
I bought a truck that needed the tires replaced, I asked they replace them in the purchase price, and they stated they would not. But was told they would connect me to their supplier to purchase tires at cost, which, I was led to believe would be at a major discount. Upon comparison pricing, Found their supplier was more expensive then two other tire retailers I had shopped. Buyer beware, make sure you get what you want before signing the papers.
Julian’s Auto Showcase was super helpful in every way to help us get the best car possible. They were straightforward and super helpful. 100% better than any other big car dealerships. Would 100% recommend to anyone trying to find a used car. 5/5
My husband and I went looking for a vehicle this morning. Once we got to Julian's we were welcomed by Treg. He was very friendly and funny. He asked us what we were thinking and asked a few questions then showed us some of our options. He then introduced us to Pat for financing. Pat is the man is got the numbers to where we both were happy and didnt quit until he got us the loan we needed! 5 stars for Pat and Treg!!
