Syann was supposed to be my salesperson but she was off on Sunday when I was able to make it up there. Worked with Dennis, great guy and we almost had a deal but after I got the numbers from the Mr P the finance guy I knew I didn't want to deal with them. He quoted me 10% finance rate, charged me more than the going tax rate, etc.... As I got up to leave the finance guy got up and yelled as I was about to leave "I told you he was going to walk" to Dennis and I said oh shut up and he said no, you shut up... Real class act...

I traded a 2009 Volvo XC90 for a 2013, also added a down payment. The dealer was fine. Financed through Capital One. Hopefully the newer vehicle doesn't surprise me with any issues. My only complaint is that it took almost 4 hours.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. Went for the test dive the error message came up, Jason said don’t worry bout that we’ll take care of it. His words!!! They gave us a great price for my son’s trade in, got the price payment where we needed it. I get a call saying, “Here’s what we can do, cut you a check for a couple hundred $ and you take it somewhere OR take it to this place and we’ll take care of it. I took the car were they said to. Very professional yet friendly and down to earth gave me retail for my trade in and got me into my dream car!!! Will always check with them first before buying a vehicle!
Changed the price three times. Upped the price each time. Last time it was because I wanted to do a cash sale and the salesman stated "we have to raise the price on cash sales because we lose the kickback from the bank for financing". Not saying your experience will be bad, but mine was.
