Everyone is always very kind and helpful (: I really respect and trust the Vet and all of the technicians and staff! My cat hates to be handled and yet does well with the staff here.
NEVER and I mean NEVER have I EVER been treated so poorly at a vet appointment!! I need to know how to report a vet!! Dr. Steven Brady treated me with such disrespect I am shaking!! First off rolo was scheduled today to have his allergy injection which he gets once a month. I scheduled the appointment back in June. I was told when we started the allergy injection that he needs to have an office visit once a year to continue with the injection. Did the appointment excellent and on time. The whole staff was great on this visit and my dog is happy now 1 day later. She is 91 in dog years of age.
Dr. Brady and staff are amazing! They all helped us through a very difficult time and decision with our 11 year old pug, Daisy May. I highly recommend this establishment for your fur babies. Thank you all for your support and loving care with Daisy.
