There are a lot of properties that Julian Campbell Realtors have in their company and don't put for sale signs in the yards for sale and lists them on the internet websites for only three days on auction sites. Sometimes only listing them on a website with not for sale because they already have buyer who investors or friends buying them prior to posting them.
We recently sold our home through Julian Campbell Realtors. Steve Campbell was always on top of things and kept us informed of developments as they occurred. He was always quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had and made the process so easy for us. Steve is a great realtor and through all this, we made a great friend. Julian Campbell Realtors is the real estate agency to use whether buying or selling. You won't be disappointed!
The review by "CR" is totally bogus. Julian Campbell, Realtors ALWAYS has and ALWAYS will comply with MLS regulations and place ALL our listings on the MLS. Don't know anyone with the name "CR"...( a very convenient excuse to avoid identification) making what is clearly a generalized accusation ...it's probably a negative review posted by Birdseye so I will have to pay to have the review removed.
