Hands-down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went in there with my teenage kids to get a healthy snack, and came out absolutely shaking with fury! The manager took our order, and it was bizarre from the beginning. I'm going to use the pronoun "they" for this individual, because none of us could figure out if it was a man or woman.
