Excellent service! Spotless office, great staff.
My husband and I both had extensive work done in one day how fabulous is that our experience as always was exceptional . We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Mejido and her wonderful staff for making us feel comfortable and safe through our procedures. The staff and doctors are very friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the office. I recommend this dental office to all my friends.
I have to say that I had an appt at 5:10 but was not taken in until about 5:25 - no one told me why it was taking a little bit long. Also, I had to pay for my cleaning which I would like if I am told before my appt. that I will need to pay for it, since I get 2 cleanings a year free with my inurance I am not sure why I was charged. Also, I usually receive a compimentary toothbrush when I'm done and I was not given one on this visit. I feel that customer care is falling a bit short.

Dr. Mejido, her associates and Hygienists make visiting the dentist a great experience. My whole family is treated her and we love it, especially my 8 year old daughter. She asks when she has an appointment and is always disappointed when it is not near. This is the same child that was terrified of anyone looking at her teeth. My 3/4/2017 visit for a cleaning with Merici was great. She was very gentle, thorough, and considerate of me. I told her she was a blessing to me.
