I have been a physician in WS 40 years. After spending a week trying to get Dr Smiths office to return my call, I resorted to navigate long on hold channels to have Dr Rackley return my call. Was much concerned re a pathogen that showed in my wife’s urine culture. She usually sees Dr Smith in whom we are well pleased. 3 years and nothing to show. Total Waste of time and money. Not a good listener. Numbers driven. Get in and get out. NEXT! I can't say it's the entire practice. I'm trying another doctor. But the administrative team for Jud is a complete joke.
Waited over a week for someone to call me back for biopsy appt. I called 3 times sent 3 messages every time they said someone would call never did. Zero stars
Dr. Rackley was my surgeon for a prostate cancer surgery using the DaVinci device in October 2014. Things became problematic 4 days later when I developed peritonitis and needed an ambulance ride and emergency surgery. After that things healed so so, but the incontinence was problematic. In 2016, though things were getting somewhat better, we decided to try a procedure to block the urethra. It didn't work, and set me back to just after the prostatectomy in regards to incontinence!
Explains things thoroughly and is very polite/professional and focused. He is a good doctor all the way around.
Dr. Rackley didn't talk down to me in any way. He explained what was going on with me, what he could do to fix it, discussed my options with me and didn't lead me in any particular way but allowed me to make my own decisions regarding my care. I truly appreciate it.
