Mr. Manfredo is professional, thorough, and kind. He fought for me to get the apartment. He went out of his way many times contacting the other Agency as to why they were not following up with his email requests. He kept me calm. I could not have done this apartment search without his patience and help. Mr. Manfredo deserves accolades.
