Michael was excellent. He worked with me to decide what was most important to do to get the best offer possible. And, he helped me price it right. We listed it on the first Wednesday in May, and had four offers by Sunday. Anyone would be happy with his thoughtfulness and dedication. I highly recommend him to you.

He was also responsive to my texts and any questions I had no matter how small they may have been. Between late night calls, responsiveness, patience, dedication, early meets and most importantly commitment! I cannot begin to express how much I am grateful to stumble upon James. Mike was wonderful to work with and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. After showing us a number of homes that we had found on line and did not ultimately like, he found us the house we ultimately bought.
