Madeline showed her commitment to me from our first phone conversation. I needed to move quickly and obstacles to overcome. She worked tirelessly to overcome those obstacles and found me my new residence and than counseled me on all aspects of the deal while all the time looking out for my best interests. Is Ron is an amazing man. When i first talked to Ron he was having a open house. We talked and took him on. He actually took time to find out what I was looking for and the price range I could afford. He sent me plenty of homes to look at and took us to see many homes as well. Madelin helped my son find his first apartment, she was diligent, responsive and honest. He was interested in an apartment in Kenvil, she was able to get him in before the actual showing date. Madeline advocated on his behalf, but the landlord ultimately chose someone else. He did located an apartment that didn’t require a realtors help. Madeline was awesome and would use and refer her to anyone that needs a realtor.
Ron was fantastic. We met him on a whim through a listing on Zillow and he ended up working with us over 8 months of house hunting. He got to know my husband and I and a feel for what we liked/wanted throughout our search so he knew what was worthwhile and what was not. He was always reassuring, honest, upfront, and above all else, made us very comfortable throughout the process as a first time buyer. He was also always available when I had a million questions! We HIGHLY recommend him for your realty needs!
