Sales and financing people were wonderful. When my 2015 Ram's fuel pump shorted out 4 months after purchase, service department was quick to want diagnostic money but wanted $1200 to fix it. I had purchased an extended gold package warranty ($2500) when I bought the Ram, and even with $2500 Warranty package I was still having to pay for repairs. In the end I had Furtick's Auto Service in Gaston fix my truck for $750 parts, labor, and towing. Will not be purchasing nor having anymore dealing with JT's or its affiliates in the... read more

We have attempted to contact this customer but have been unable to reach them. Our pricing may be a little more than an independent shop but our repair would carry a nationally back factory warranty. I am not sure why the extended service agreement did not cover the repair. We would like the customer to reach our to Maria H*********, the service manager.
