A dealership built upon deception in all levels of the sales process, all levels of employees and management except one manager, but everyone else in the name of selling is more likely deceivers. I came to buy a 2014 Mercedes CLS, trading a 2013 BMW 750I, selling theirs for full retail. There is obviously a misunderstanding and we have been trying to communicate this with the customer but the customer has refused our phone calls asking us only to text. Communicating and ensuring understanding in a text is at times difficult. We have this deal worked out but the customer is not communicating. Sales and financing people were wonderful. When my 2015 Ram's fuel pump shorted out 4 months after purchase, service department was quick to want diagnostic money but wanted $1200 to fix it. I had purchased an extended gold package warranty ($2500) when I bought the Ram, and even with $2500 Warranty package I was still having to pay for repairs. In the end I had Furtick's Auto Service in Gaston fix my truck for $750 parts, labor, and towing. Will not be purchasing nor having anymore dealing with JT's or its affiliates in the... read more

We have attempted to contact this customer but have been unable to reach them. Our pricing may be a little more than an independent shop but our repair would carry a nationally back factory warranty. I am not sure why the extended service agreement did not cover the repair. We would like the customer to reach our to Maria H*********, the service manager.
