I purchased a vehicle in the beginning of October. Brought it in for an oil leak at the second week of November, and after delaying my service for multiple days and taking a week to tell me they hadn’t started working on it to then tell me on a test drive after they replaced the part my engine blew when there was no history misfiring or overheating as they claimed. I only drove the vehicle for about 400 or so miles before the engine “blew”. I would highly recommend you go to another dealership for both maintenance and sales.

Terrible service management, lack of reading and knowledge on warranty work, failure to provide services when proven wrong and when asked to provide credentials failed to do so. A demotion to floor tech for a few more years will help. I suggest driving to lexington they are faster more reliable and understand how the industry works.

I called ahead to drop off my car on Saturday, I filled out the form and left my keys. I told them that it was not my daily driver, so it wasn't urgent. That I had my car detailed and that the mirrors quit working as well as the hard top convertible. I thought it may be a fuse or something like that. If they could please check the air conditioner. I’ve had issues with getting help with my 2021 Dodge Ram Laramie. I’ve purchased this truck with no wheel lock and was promised multiple times that I would get one. My truck now has bald tires and I’ve been to the dealer shop over ten times now. I’ve been told we will even push for new tires due to your issue and never gotten a call back from the manager. I bought my 3500 Dodge Ram on June 3rd, 2024. I paid for it in full. June 4th, 2024 which is the next day the oil light came on so I was highly upset. If you value your time and privacy of your personal identifiable information (PII) do not take your vehicle in for a service at this dealership. I scheduled a 14:00pm service appointment for 05/14/24 to get my vehicle's oil change and tires rotated. I checked in 15 minutes prior expecting to have my vehicle service start within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. That did not happen. A dealership built upon deception in all levels of the sales process, all levels of employees and management except one manager, but everyone else in the name of selling is more likely deceivers.
