Customer service is what JS Powersports is all about.! I had a pair of FXR snow pants that had a manufacturer's defect. Nicole did everything she could do to make things right for me and I was very happy with how I was taken care of. Another time JS helped me with a pair of 509 goggles that I didn't even buy from them but they contacted the manufacturer and helped me out.
