I won an eBay auction but the goggles ended up being out of stock. JS went way above and beyond to get me substitute goggles and still got them shipped to me in time for my snowmobile trip. I couldn't be more impressed with their customer service. Great folks to work with.

It blew my mind that I ordered a part that is typically ordered 2 at a time and I messed up and ordered one. They caught it and reached out to me right away and asked if it was correct. we fixed my mistake within an hour of ordering vs. waiting till it showed up and realizing the mistake. They were awesome.
Was looking for a specific type of FXR snowmobile pants that I couldn't find as the company had stopped making them. JS Powersports also didn't have them but offered a more expensive pair for the same price. Placed my order from Canada. Pants arrived very quickly for the distance they had to be shipped. Very happy with the service and would order from this company again.

Went in asking for one thing and was sold another. When we tried to take it back they said there was grease stains on it. When I wiped it off with water and a paper towel. Which anyone knows that's not grease. Was yelled at and treated like crap. Was told on the phone there was nothing they could do and would not take them back.
