If I could give these bums zero stars I would. Worst air conditioning company in Miami hands down. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. I spoke to some dude guy named Fabian. I informed him that my condenser fan motor is no longer working. They installed this air conditioner back in December 2014. It's now October 2019. This is still under warranty with JRH. But since they are not making much money begin to avoid you. They tell you that they will call you back in 5 minutes. They never call back... read more

Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Poor service. I tried to get a technician for 3 days since Monday morning and they blew us off with the set appointments. No returning of calls anymore and no honoring of warranty service. Will not use them again.

Basically, I called for a repair of my a/c. Tech (Lester) came out. I told him prior that my neighbor checked the a/c and said the coil was leaking. Lester stated that there was not leak that he just needed to clean the coil and at Freon for $250. I said ok. It performed that job. The started to hand him the $250 cash when I asked for a receipt. He stated that he didn't have a receipt book. I handed him a piece of paper and a pen and asked him to write me a receipt. I handed him $250 cash and he tells me that it's $400. I as... read more
