He is more of a con artist he will tell you one thing and do something totally different...he never have time to meet with you face to face!
The only reason that I gave JRC realty one star is due to the fact that Google won't allow me to give 0. The lease that they used on a rental property that I own was intended for an apartment complex, not a house. There are multiple clauses in the document that do not apply to a home. Second, I called him to ask about the quality of the lease document and he told me that it came from Sirote (A very well respected law firm in Birmingham). I have many friends at Sirote, and sent them a copy of the lease and they verified that ... read more
