After trying to deal with two other companies and their lack of professionalism, we came across JRC Installers. We needed our pellet stove to be serviced. Jimmy and his team came by much sooner than expected (which is a good thing), on the same day we contacted him. He and his team were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We will be using JRC in the future, thanks again Jimmy!

Fireplace Repair - Jim and his team far exceeded my expectations. They came out to assess our indoor gas fireplace and were able to assess and fix the issue at 30% of the cost of a competitor. They were knowledgable, friendly, efficient and honest. I would not waste time reading about any other companies - call Jim and work with him.
