Im pissed how I found my mother today! Dirty...her hands shake so she couldnt feed herself to good ...her bed had food every where! I understand that she isnt the only patient but someone could have helped her until I got here! Gown stained...her lower body odor was strong! Also my mom told me that she had fell! Wtf?! Yall getting paid to care for the patients so do it! Needless to say I had to clean my mother up which i dont mind but the point is she should have been already cleaned up by the time i got here.

We' s free....we out! TGBTG! The outcome could have been different but I serve a God that is able. Thank YOU everyone for your prayers! Continue to pray for a speedy and full recovery. I'm not going to lie. I have been a JPS employee for almost 10yrs. I was very nervous about taking my hubby there. But they far exceeded my highest expectations from start to finish. Anytime a loved one is here, it is never an optimal situation. I applaud the staff of the ER and the ICU. They are kind, efficient and all around amazing at what they do. I wouldn't want any other trauma team taking care of my loved ones.

The care tgey gave my mom at the pavilion was awesome!!!!
