My dad went 3 weeks ago with enlarged prostate and JPS sent him home with a catheter and it took 2 and half wks for a dr to see him (catheter leaking and they don't do anything to help him) then he still hasn't seen a urologists. He gets a letter this morning that the urologists will see him in OCTOBER??? Wth is he supposed to do till then? What if he has cancer or this catheter gets him infected? JPS didn't show him how to flush it or anything!!! I'm livid that he's being treated this way!!! Isn't a human life important???

Was there yesterday due to a bad MVA. Went via ambulance to their trauma room, then downgraded ro regular ED. Wonderful care from nurses, doctors, techs, and radiology staff (xrays and CTs). Then registered hubby and he was worked up. Excellent job done by knowledgeable and caring professionals. 5 star service! Thank you to RNs Seth and Lauren, techs Alex and Brian, Art and Carrie in X-ray, and the gentleman in CT. Can’t remember his name.
