Ridiculous . Putting a doctors name on charts that did not see or treat my daughter . She’s being seen by student nurses and medical assistants but no actual professional .secretary lying that my daughter didn’t sign a release. Meanwhile while holding my daughter calls me and asks me what is going on. Then tells me she absolutely signed every release . It’s been well over 24 hours and this is not acceptable . I know the wait times are longer, but once i was in the back every single person here was very friendly, and i could tell they all had genuine care for my well being. The doctors went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with me. when you have no insurance, that's a rare thing. Thank you John Peter Smith hospital staff. This hospital is a joke!! They tell you one thing then do the complete opposite!! We were told even with the covid that my mom could have two visitors, me (her daughter and medical power of attorney) and my dad (her husband)!! We get here and they tell us only one visitor, no switching visitors, etc!! They wont let you back with them until they go into surgery, you have to wait in the waiting room and aren't able to leave to even go to another part of the hospital to get food or your visit is over for the day!! it's a pretty nice hospital, they work fast but efficient to find out what's wrong get you diagnosed and get your prescriptions and get you out.
