I don't understand the quality of care from the staff @ JPS.. These people choose to go into the medical healthcare field but yet act cold & callous, & in a hurry to move on to the next patient. What's the point of seeing a doctor, seriously! Even the M.A. was huffing & puffing because the DR requested release of information forms, & she's like "well how dr.s do you have?!"👺

Don't waste your time going there unless you want to spend 10 hours in the ER before you have to make them tell you what's going on. I would suggest taking your own blanket with you unless you want to freeze or have someone with you to go buy you one. After spending the night in 4 nasty waiting rooms I was told that they wanted me to stay the night to get my pain under control. Recommendedthe nurses and the doctors took very good care of my sister they seem like they really cared and we're on top of everything she had a lot of complications but they went through everything and finally found out her problem thank you
Because they told me I wasn't approved for connection coverage because the man I live with made to much money. Really? I don't work and need surgery to fix my Hernia before it tries to kill me!!! It's already gotten worse and I'm in constant pain!!
