Beware... I was represented by Jesse philippe Auguste. I've used him a few times. They actually forgot to email me one of my court dates and thank God I answered the phone because we had court that morning. After court I have won my contempt order however. The attorney is supposed to file a motion for the arrest to happen because they did not pay. It's 90 days after the due date which was due December 7th 2024. I'm so happy I resigned. In addition to being demeaning and condescending, he pays employees late. Paychecks are constantly 3 days late, 5 days late, 7 days late. He did this for 7 months. The last paralegal’s paycheck was 1 month late. While I am being patient and giving him grace because I’m embarrassed for him, he is being cruel and demeaning. I love this law firm I was represented by Jesse philippe Auguste. My attorney stayed on top of things he was absolutely amazing. He kept me very informed and in the loop. Anytime I had to call the office they helped me out answered any of my questions. I really felt like my case was important!! I definitely recommend calling this place if you need help with representation!! Thank you Jesse and Staff you all were amazing!!!!
Stay away. Jesse abandoned me right before trial, and I had to represent myself. Then he throws me a huge bill, and when I refuse, he sues me for 20K! He has filed 6 times a suit for money from me. After all my attorneys fees had been paid! He also says in his own words, his financial security relied on my monies to him. Beware! Get a real lawyer who wants to help people, not steal from them.
I had no idea where to even start with this process, or how it worked and Jesse made me feel secure and safe with everything. Above and beyond, more than fair and incredibly dependable. I cannot recommend him and his team enough.
