J.P. is the best you'll ever get. He and his team are so incredibly dynamic. He will carefully walk you from A to Z, and can handle even the most complicated situations. I know because I threw many challenges at him when recently selling my parents' home. My wife and I have used him for every one of our moves, and I always have confidence he will give us his all. His network of contractors, movers, etc. is always bang on. If you want run of the mill, go elsewhere. He is the only agent I will ever use.
