Although Richard Parker was the realtor for the buyer, and we were the sellers, there still should be no lies between us. Mr. Parker told us the buyers wanted to close in less than 30 days. I spoke with the buyer on inspection day and she told me she didn't need to take possession of the house for another month after the original 30 days, and that we could continue living there.
