This was the worst therapeutic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve struggled with depression and generalized anxiety for close to 40 years. I’ve been stable for the past 10. I wasn’t presenting any symptoms of either when I started. Our first few sessions were pretty normal but in the very first session (intake) she immediately started messing with my current meds of many years. I don't even know how to put into words how grateful I am! Dr. Kristen has truly changed my life, took time to really listen, look deeper, and treat me like a whole person rather than a list of symptoms. They guided me with such care, patience, and compassion! Their treatment plan was thoughtful and tailored to what I actually needed and it has helped me rebuild my life. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows how to help, I can't recommend this place enough.

Was good at first, but waited too long to try out new treatments for me even though I was unemployed for 7 months for the whole purpose of trying to heal. I will spare the details, but suffice to stay I'm going back to work depressed and suicidal. Safaa is a good person who genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients, however, she only practices CBT so isn't very effective for trauma.
