This was the worst therapeutic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve struggled with depression and generalized anxiety for close to 40 years. I’ve been stable for the past 10. I wasn’t presenting any symptoms of either when I started. Our first few sessions were pretty normal but in the very first session (intake) she immediately started messing with my current meds of many years.
