Hateful and disrespectful, would not listen to what I wanted. Tried to tell me what I wanted instead of listening to me and trying to help. Will never call the shop again. Rude just Rude!! and after speaking to several friends they said it was just as well because their flower quality is awful!! Glad I saw their true colors before I spent my money!!!
